Mr. Crowley practices in the real estate division in the firm’s Columbia office.

Dylan was born and raised in Hartsville, South Carolina. He graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts in History, and then earned his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law. In law school, Dylan served on the editorial board of Federal Courts Law Review and volunteered with Charleston Pro Bono Legal Services.

Dylan’s practice is primarily focused on helping clients with commercial real estate transactions, although he has experience with residential real estate closings as well. He has represented buyers, sellers, and lenders, including acting as local counsel in real estate acquisitions. He has experience with construction lending, portfolio sales, and sale and leaseback transactions involving manufacturing property, medical office buildings, hotels, and warehouses. He also assists clients with lease negotiations, HOA clients, as well as assisting with foreclosure hearings.

Dylan is licensed to practice law in both the State of South Carolina and the District of Columbia as well as being a licensed title insurance producer for several national title insurance companies. Additionally, he is a member of the Richland County Bar and of the Real Estate, Corporate, and Consumer Law Sections of the South Carolina Bar. Dylan has also been named to the Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list for 2024.

When not practicing law, Dylan enjoys traveling, watching college football, and spending time with his wife.
