Bramlett has been named to the SCBIZ magazine “ 2022 Real Estate Attorneys Power List", being ranked No.2 of all nominees for that honor by the selection committee for her career achievements. The July publication will feature Ms. Bramlett, highlighting her real estate transactional experience. She is also being recognized for her participation at the state level with the South Carolina Bar, particularly as a member of the Ad Hoc Committee of the Corporate, Banking and Securities Section of South Carolina Bar that drafted the South Carolina Third Party Opinion Report as well as her service on the South Carolina Bar’s Task Force on the Unauthorized Practice of Law in Commercial Transactions, as Chair of the Corporate, Banking and Securities Section of the South Carolina Bar and as a Council Member of the Consumer Law Section. At the national level, she also served as a longtime State Editor for South Carolina for Houselaw, a national publication dealing with housing finance and compliance and she has developed real estate financing documentation for many national institutional lenders and finance companies entering the South Carolina market from throughout the country.
Ms. Bramlett has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America for Real Estate Law (2018-2022), Commercial Finance law (2018-2022), Financial Services Regulation Law (2012-2022), and Banking and Finance (2020-2022). She was named Lawyer of the Year for Columbia, South Carolina for Financial Services Regulation Law in the years 2014, 2016, 2018, and 2022. She is also named Legal Elite of the Midlands for Banking and Finance, Columbia Business Monthly (2018). She is a graduate of Leadership Columbia in 2004 and of Leadership South Carolina in 2017. She also serves as the Chairman of the Council of Advisors on Consumer Credit, an advisory board to the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs, having been appointed by three governors to so serve.
